Who books the service on a lease car?
If your lease is maintained — and every Drive Subscribe lease is — the leasing company books the service and pays for it. You don’t choose a garage, you don’t pay a bill, and you don’t claim anything back afterwards. There is one catch, and it’s the part the industry tends to gloss over: you have to tell them it’s due. The leasing company can see your agreement. It cannot see your odometer. Unless you pick up the phone, nobody books anything.
